It’s literally amazing let me walk you through just a few of it’s functions!
It gives you a full 360 view or the muscular/skeletal system, you can even strip away the outer muscles to select the ones underneath! Once you’ve selected a muscle it will give you a list of exercises and stretches for that muscle!
Or, say you want to do a medicine ball workout? Just select ‘exercises’ and use the equipment filter to bring up a list of exercises using the medicine ball!
You can put in your stats, your weight preferences for a load of different workouts, it provides several workouts for you as well as allowing you to create your own! It keep track of your workouts and personal bests, as well as lifting history!
Not only that but it displays all exercises in gif form, with a detailed view and explanation of how to execute each technique!
It’s less than £3 and is the most helpful thing I’ve ever come across! I seriously cannot recommend this enough!
