Power Food snack: salty garlic roasted chickpeas
Can we talk about how these are THE BEST THING EVER?! How did I not discover them until now?! I came across the recipe on the Weight Watchers website, in a list of the editors’ favorite Power Food recipes. And did they exceed my expectations! They were SO easy and quick to make! I have them in a container and I’m just kind of grazing on them. Mmm!
Recipe: Preheat oven to 350. Spray a baking tray with cooking spray. Drain one can of chickpeas. Pour the drained chickpeas onto the baking tray and spread out evenly. Spray chickpeas with cooking spray. Sprinkle with seasoning (I used salt and garlic powder). Cook for 20 minutes.
